MountainGate 1st Addition Final Plat Map

Cursor over the map to see the original lot numbers on the City of Springfield-approved plat map. Lane County insisted on assigning lot numbers which were sequential from within the greater MountainGate project. As a result, all the lot numbers from within Phase III had to be changed and Phase III renamed to "MountainGate First Addition" before the final plat map could be recorded. We apologize for the confusion.
